Q: Do you accept Paypal?
A: Yes, we accept Paypal. Please see here for more info.

Q: Are there anything wrong with the products?
A: No, we don't sell defective products, and neither anything wrong with the products

Q: Is the product new, refurbished or used?
A: Brand New. 

Q: What carriers and how long I need to wait to receive the products?
A: We only ship UPS and USPS. UPS(2~7 days). USPS priority mail(2~4 days)

Q: Can you tell me if you received my payment?
A: Yes, we will send you an email after we received your payment, and we will also send you another email when the product has been shipped. Please don't worry about it!

Q: Do you ship internationally, and how can I pay you?
A: Yes, We ship internationally, and you can pay by Money Order, or credit card through Bidpay.com (pay to sales@globalpremier.com).  Please add $14  for insured shipment, and $19.99 for Express mail. See

Q: Will you notify me when my package is sent?
A: Yes, you will receive a UPS tracking# if shipped by UPS,  or a shipment notification if shipped by USPS. We will let you know, so there is no need to ask. Thanks!

Q: Do you ship to address other than my paypal confirmed address?
A: No, item can be only shipped to your paypal confirmed address if you use paypal for payment. Please pay check or MO for any address you want it to be shipped. See info here for check and MO payment.
